When the Castle loses one of its own to cancer, what better way to honor his memory than by hosting a charity event? Thirty submissives answer the call, offering themselves up on the auction block for four days, three nights, and anything goes.

Meet five of them in five great, full-length brand new novels from five of erotic writing's best authors:

"Owning O" by Maren Smith: She's the most highly-coveted submissive the Castle has ever known. She never says no, cries her safeword, or plays with the same Dom twice. For years Alan has watched her, looking but never touching until the night of the auction. Seizing his chance, Alan bids, but defeating the other Doms in the audience is only the first and easiest step in his bid to own the infamous O. Freeing her from herself quickly proves to be much, much harder....

"Punishing Portia" by Darling Adams: When chef David Marone recognizes the food critic who just lambasted him in a review on the auction block, he bids to keep her as his slave for three nights. He remembers her from culinary school seventeen years earlier, and relishes the idea of getting even with her. Portia Sands hopes the gorgeous Chicago chef who won her at the auction doesn’t know her real identity. Then, she discovers he knows who she is and means to exact revenge. She considers calling a safeword to end their time together, but some part of her won’t allow it. Somehow she must survive three nights as his slave and keep her heart in the process.

"Rosie's Resolutions" by Maggie Ryan: "Don't Chicken Out" - those three words are at the top of Rosa's list of resolutions. Sure, she'd never before kept any of her past resolutions for week, but this year it will be different.

The moment Master Marshall announced the Auction, Rosa knew it was fate. As an employee, this is her chance to remove her Nanny uniform. She can stand on the stage and pray that someone would want to be her "daddy."

The moment the hammer falls, Rosa becomes Rosie - the Little that will learn what it is like to be taken care of, to be cuddled and loved. Will she discover that being Little isn't all fun and games?

"Buying Brianny" by Abbie Adams: Kian's ex hadn't thought of it as loving when he'd busted her butt for drinking and driving. No, she'd ended the relationship in a hurry. Of course he'd never repeat the mistake with another women. Not even Brianny, who as it turns out, has craved discipline among other things.

Some people go to strange lengths to prove their love. All Brianny wants as proof is for Kian to buy her at The Castle's New Year's Eve charity auction, then tie her up and take away her control. Will Kian pay the asking price?

"Sharing Silver" by Tabitha Black: Six months since her marriage ended in divorce, and Sylvia is craving some excitement - not to mention kink. So when Rosa tells her about a slave auction being held at the Castle, Sylvia throws caution to the wind and flies to America to be sold off to the highest bidder under the nickname Silver. Gorgeous twin Castle Masters, Travis and Trevor, can have any girl they choose - and frequently do. The only downside professionally, however, is there's never enough time to build trust. So when Trevor hears about the auction, he and his brother set about looking for a plaything they can do whatever they want with - a girl with as few limits as possible. But the brothers are smitten by the mysterious girl from Australia, but whenever they try to get close, she clams up. Can the twins make her see what she means to them before it's too late?

Five great new novels (with bonus novella "Fulfilling Her Fantasy" by Tabitha Black), this collection has it all at an amazing value price. Publisher's note: This erotic romance fantasy collection explores multiple kinks in the setting of a BDSM resort, including age-play, manage, reluctant submission, and the spanking of adult women. If these themes offend you, please do not buy this collection.

Sharing Silver by Tabitha Black

Chapter One

Her trembling hand made the ice in her gin and tonic clink against the glass as Sylvia took such a large gulp she almost choked on it. She wasn't normally a big drinker, but in light of her current situation...

For the umpteenth time, she stole a quick glance at the alarm clock beside the plain hotel bed, sighing as she realised that she still had more than twelve hours in which to contemplateand try not to regretwhat she was planning to do.

It had been a long flight from Brisbane, Australia, to Ohio, and she had hoped that jet lag would hit her fast, not giving her much of a chance to reflect. Unfortunately, she had slept so much on both planes, lulled into that odd sense of twilight induced by hours of perpetually dimmed lights, the hum of the engines, constantly running movies and a Valium or two, that she was now wide awake at nine o'clock in the evening.

The hotel was pleasant enough, and the flights and immigration had passed without incident, but now she was here. The point of no return was growing ever closer. Glancing at the sheaf of paperwork lying in her lap, Sylvia sighed and bit her lip. She had read every word a million times, and still she could hardly comprehend the enormity of what she had signed up for.

What would Stephen say if he could see me now? If he knew what I'm going to do, would he approve? More importantly, why do I still care whether he would approve or not? It has been more than six months...

With an exasperated sigh, she tossed the brochure in her lap aside and got up to pour herself another drink, exorbitant mini bar prices be damned. Then she curled up on the still neatly made bed, rummaged through her handbag for her address book, picked up the phone and began to dial.

Rosa answered on the third ring. "Hello?"

"Rosa, it's me, Sylvia."

"Hey, sweetie! You made it in one piece? How was the flight?"

"Fine, fine. Long, but that was to be expected. How are you?"

"I'm great. Can't wait to see you tomorrow," Rosa enthused.

"I can't wait to see you either. It's the other stuff I'm worried about. Remind me again why I agreed to do this, and how I let you talk me into it?"

Rosa chuckled, and Sylvia couldn't help but smile at her friend's infectious enthusiasm. "Well," she began, "you've just gone through a messy divorce, right?"

"Right," Sylvia confirmed.

"And you're all heartbroken, your self-esteem is in the basementin a nutshell, you deserve to treat yourself, right?"

"Still with you so far."

"So what better way to treat yourself than to spend a couple of days with a gorgeous man who fancies you so much that he's paying for you to spend time with him? And who will be fulfilling your every fantasy to boot?"

"Not to mention I'm paying for my trip with some of the money I got from the settlement, so essentially, my ex-husband is paying for my pleasure," Sylvia added.

"Exactly. And you'll get to spend some time with your bestest friend in the whole world, whom you almost never see because we live so far apart. So you tell me, sweet cheeks, why wouldn't you agree to do it?"

"Do you want a list? I've spent the last forty hours or so compiling one in my head," Sylvia groaned.

"What's the worst thing that could happen?"

"Hmm, where do I start? I get purchasedI can't believe I'm even saying that wordby a complete troll who revolts me. And I have to spend the entire two daysand nightswith him."

"Highly unlikely. Sweetie, we're talking about the Castle here. This is an amazing place and I have it on good authority that all the Dominants who are bidding are wonderful in their own special way. No trolls allowed."

"Hum. I'm very picky when it comes to men," Sylvia said.

"I know that. But do you trust me? Honey, I would never have suggested you take part in this auction unless I thought it would do you the world of good." Rosa's enthusiasm was hard to deny.

"And it's been ages since I've played. Stephen tried, bless him, but he was never truly kinky... not compared to me, anyway. I'm out of practice. It's been years since I was in a real D/s relationship."

"Listen to me Sylviaare you listening?"

"Mm-hmm." Sylvia took another great gulp of gin and tonic, and swore as some of it spilled down her chin.

"Are you drinking?"

"Yes. I figured I might as well get a few in now, seeing as I'll be limited to one per day once I get there. You know I don't indulge often, but sheesh, a couple of glasses of red would do wonders to take the edge off. Why can't the maximum limit be three? Huh?"

"You know why. Safety and consent are the number one priority where you're going. Anyway, as I was saying. D/s, BDSM, ageplay, all the facets of this wonderful kinky world we inhabit... they're all ingrained in us, right?"

"If you're a lovely person, you're always a lovely person, and whether or not you have the chance to prove it is irrelevant, correct?"

"You're asking someone who's just spent almost twenty-four hours on aeroplanes and in airports an awful lot of questions," Sylvia grumbled. "Yes, I see where you're going with this."

"Exactly. You are a maso, honey, and you are naturally submissive. Being married to a vanilla guy for years on end didn't change that. Your fantasies didn't change, did they?"

"If anything, they got more extreme, seeing as I wasn't getting any at home," she confessed.

"Well there you go then. It's just like riding a bike. You'll see. And don't forget, I'm doing it too," Rosa added conspiratorially.

"So how come you're not worried? What if someone you really dislike wins the auction when you're up on the block?"

"Easy." Rosa giggled. "There's no-one at the Castle I dislike. No, seriously though," she added, "this is for Don, so it's a wonderful cause anyway. And I'm tired of being on this side of the Nursery. I want to indulge myself for once."

"Fair enough. Promise you'll meet me there?"

"Of course I will. I can't wait to see you!"

Sylvia smiled. "Same here."

"Oh, that reminds me, have you chosen a name for the duration of your stay here? You know we're all meant to remain anonymous."

"I have. It's actually a nickname my first boyfriend gave me, due to the colour of my hair."

"Let me guess. Silver?"

Sylvia chuckled. "Got it in one."

"It suits you. Get used to using it. You don't know who will be shouting your name this time tomorrow."

"Gee, thanks, that's very reassuring." Sylvia rolled her eyes.

"Listen, I've got to go. Are you going to be okay getting here? I'm not going to have to drive out and kidnap you am I?"

"No," Sylvia sighed. "I might take another half Valium and see whether I can get some sleep. And thanks Rosa. You've really helped reassure me."

"What are friends for?"

Once she had said her goodbyes to Rosa, it had taken about half an hour for Sylvia's fears to resurface. She paced the hotel room in her bare feet, wishing, not for the first time, that she still smoked. Every glance at the alarm clock confirmed that time was indeed movingalbeit agonisingly slowly.

This is all Stephen's fault, she thought furiously. If he hadn't dumped me, I'd be... I'd be... Where would she be? Still stuck in a house in the suburbs, in a marriage from which the passion had long since evaporated, with a man who had become addicted to his computer. How many hours, days, and weeks had he wasted staring at a screen, talking to women all over the world rather than with the living, breathing one who was in his house?

At first she'd been grateful for the extra time alonetime she was able to spend reading the erotic books she loved to devour late at night, where the men were strong, handsome and brooked no nonsense. But eventually the novelty had begun to wear off, and she wondered more and more why she, a young woman in her prime, was being forced to read about deliciously hot and painful encounters rather than experience them in the flesh, as it were. Any and all seduction attempts had been ignored; Stephen had waved her aside even on the occasion where she had gone to him naked, wearing nothing but his favourite perfume and a pair of high heels. She had stopped trying after that.

Sylvia cast a longing glance at the mini bar, wondering whether she ought to open another miniature bottle of something strong. Then her gaze fell on her Valium bottle. Her doctor had prescribed it to her for anxiety, but if she took more than one, it not only helped calm her racing mind, but made her fall asleep.

Sod it. She poured herself a glass of water, took two whole pills, lay down on the bed and waited for blissful oblivion. She may not be tired, but anything was better than spending the night pacing her hotel room, and she wasn't entirely sure which train of thought was worsegoing back over why and how her marriage had ended, or wondering what the coming days were going to bring...

* * * * *

Sunlight was streaming through the hotel room blinds when Sylvia opened her eyes, moaning with dismay when she realised that the moisture on her cheek was her own drool. Girls in films always sleep beautifully, she thought ruefully, you never see Kate Hudson waking up in a puddle of her own spit. I hope whoever buys me tonight doesn't want me to sleep over. The sudden realisation of where she was made her sit bolt upright, almost afraid to look at the large red digits on that infernal clock on the night stand. When she did, she wished she hadn't. She had exactly one hour to shower, dress, do her make-up, pack, check out of the hotel and find the bus depot.

So frantic was Sylvia to get ready in time to make the bus that she didn't have a moment spare to worry about what would happen once she reached the infamous Castle resort. Nor had she had time for a coffee, so she was especially delighted when she not only arrived at the depot with ten minutes to spare, but noticed the Starbucks sign across the road. Without thinking twice, she dashed over to the caf, emerging five minutes later armed with an extra-large cappuccino with one sugar.

The bus, when it arrived, looked perfectly normal. Like any old bus, going to any old destination. And the people boarding it looked perfectly normal as well. A few of them smiled kindly at Sylvia, and even though she was usually painfully shy, she found herself smiling back. Still, she was glad when she found a seat near the back of the bus and was able to cower against the window, still clutching her coffee, relieved beyond belief that no-one had actually tried to talk to her.

Rosa had told her that the ride from the Granger bus station to the Castle was a short one, but to Sylvia it felt entirely too short. Staring at the backs of the other passengers' heads, she found herself wondering how many of themif anywere going to be up on the auction block themselves that very night. Or, God forbid, would be bidding on her. That thought made her face hot, so she sank even further down in the seat, trying ineffectually to concentrate on the beautiful landscape.

Please, please, she prayed silently, let Rosa be there to meet me. Let me get through the next few days in one piece and I promise I'll never, ever do anything this foolish again.

Even though her friend had told her all about the Castle, Sylvia couldn't help but be awed by the enormous medieval structure as the bus trundled up and came to a halt at the front gate. Her nerves were temporarily forgotten as she gazed and gazed at the stone edifice, trying to picture what Rosie had told herthat the entire fifteenth century building had been disassembled stone by stone in Scotland, then shipped to America and reassembled in the lush green Ohio countryside. She simply couldn't imagine the scale of such a project, and her awe increased with every step she took, following the others, first over the drawbridgethe moat was filled with expensive Koi, she noticedand then under the huge wrought iron portcullis. It was like being transported back in time. Then again, she supposed, that was the point.

Clutching her empty coffee cup in one hand and her handbag in the other, she saw that all the other passengers were veering to some tables set up on the left of the portcullis and forming orderly queues, stacks of paperwork in their hands. This must be the admissions process, she guessed, remembering what she had read in the instructions she had received.

Sure enough, once it was her turn, she was asked for her medical records and waiver. Rummaging through her bag, she found the appropriate forms and put them on the table, receiving a new envelope full of paperwork in return.

"Thank you," the assistant said, with a friendly smile. "Please take your welcome pack and make your way over to the daisfeel free to take a seat if there are any spare. We're always frantically busy when it's a special event like this one. You'll need to go back over your intake form and sign and initial everything. Oh, and before I forget, are you taking part in tonight's auction?"

Sylvia nodded, too overwhelmed to speak.

"Then you'll be needing this." An additional cream envelope was handed to her. "Feel free to put it on as soon as you get changed; this will help everyone who is bidding to identify that you're up for sale. Have a wonderful time. Next!"

You are twenty-eight years old, Sylvia told herself furiously. You are not some tongue-tied teenage virgin who's never gone to the dance. This is supposed to be your treat to yourself to celebrate getting out of a stale marriage, so stop blushing and stammering and bloody well enjoy yourself!

She lifted her chin, squared her shoulders, and made her way over to the small stage near the front steps, where a crowd of people had already gathered. The coffee cup was still in her left hand, and she looked around for a dustbin, but couldn't see one. Hoping there'd be one in her room, she slid it into her handbag for the time being, moved to stand behind the chairs and waited for whatever was about to happen, her eyes still scanning the crowd for a sign of her friend.

Once everyone had been given their welcome packs and made their way over to the stage, a woman appeared and gave a brief lecture on the rules and regulations of the Castle, reiterating the universal safeword, 'onion', and reminding everyone that under no circumstances were gags to be used in any play session, unless a special permit had been applied for and granted. So everyone will hear me scream, Sylvia thought wryly. On the other hand, she wasn't a huge fan of gags anyway. Being forced to pull a face like the colourful Koi in the moat whilst drooling all over her own chest was not the sort of humiliation she enjoyed.

"There you are!"

"Oh Rosa, thank God!" Sylvia flung herself at her friend, hugging her for a long time. "Let me look at you! Gosh, you're as beautiful as ever!"

"As are you." Rosa grinned mischievously. "Silver."

"Oh crap, yes, I almost forgot."

"I'm sticking close to my real name for this. I'll be Rosie."

"How adorable!" Sylvia exclaimed. "It suits you."

"Did they give you everything? Did you get your welcome pack?"

"Right here, I guess." Sylvia gestured to the large manila envelope sticking out of her bag.

"And your ribbon? Isn't it a gorgeous idea? For the subbies who are being auctioned to wear black velvet ribbons so everyone knows they're up for sale ahead of time?"

"I... um... I'm not sure. It might be in this one." Sylvia fumbled for the smaller envelope and opened it. "Yes, here it is."

"Excellent. Have you decided what you're going to wear? I'm going all out. Well, at least that's the plan, but I really haven't decided yet. Do you want me to give you a tour?" Rosie's excitement was infectious.

"Slow down, I've only had one coffee, and I don't think it's even noon yet," Sylvia said, half-laughing in protest. "You know I can't function until I've had at least three cups and it's mid-afternoon, at least. Which reminds me, is there a dustbin around here anywhere?"

"A dustbin?" Rosie's dark blonde eyebrows drew together in confusion.

"Ugh, are we starting this already? A trash can! I mean, really, we do speak the same language. Apparently."

Rosie giggled. "Sure, there are several inside. I'll show you once we get there. But first, have you got your bracelet? It should be in your welcome pack. Put it on now and do not take it off. Not even in the shower. Remember?"

Sylvia frowned as she drew the black bracelet out of the larger envelope. "Black. How boring. Why don't I have a pretty pink one, like you?"

"Because you're not in the ageplay program. But really, the dungeon? Don't you have any other fantasies?"

"Well, yeah, but I figured that would pretty much cover most of them. Otherwise I'd hardly be able to lift my arm for the riot of rainbow colours all the way up to my elbow." Sylvia winked.

"Can I take your comment to mean that you're no longer scared, and are instead looking forward to this adventure, as you should be?"

"I'm sure the nerves will come rushing back. But in the meantime, look at this place! It's just gorgeous! You're so lucky to work here."

"It's definitely not the worst place in the world," Rosie agreed, linking her arm through Sylvia's. "And everyone's incredibly friendly. You really won't find a safer place to play, anywhere. Now tell me, what are you going to wear tonight?"

"I really don't know. I brought a little black dress..." Sylvia looked around. "Oh, shit. I left my suitcase on the bus! Bugger. I got caught up with everyone else when they came off the bus and was just swept along by the crowd"

"Don't stress." Rosie patted her arm soothingly. "The porters get your luggage from the bus and take it to your room for you. No doubt your suitcase is already waiting there, all ready for you to unpack."

"Really. This place is a well-oiled machine. Master Marshall knows his stuff."

"Wow." Sylvia allowed her friend to lead her up the front steps and into the castle. It was even more enormous than it had appeared from the outside, and she soon realised that not a single detail had been forgotten. Grecian pillars and the marble floor gave the foyer an opulent, luxurious feel, and there was a hotel reception, gift shop, spa, candy shop, and even an art gallery. There were people everywhere, all wearing the most amazing clothes; from sleek and sexy black leather to neon-coloured Furry costumes, and everything in between. "This place is bloody huge, and there are so many people! I'll never find my way around."

"Trust me, you will. It's always overwhelming when you first arrive, especially since the foyer is usually so busy," Rosa said, reassuringly.

"So what do I do first? Is there a map in here?" Sylvia yanked the bigger envelope from her bag.

"I'll take you to your room so you can make sure your suitcase has been brought in. Do you have the number of the suite you were assigned just now, and the key card for it?"

"I have no idea." Sylvia pulled yet another form out of the large manila envelope and gave it to Rosa. "Can you make sense of that?"

"I certainly can. Let me lead the way. Although we should really get to Wardrobe first. If anyone catches you out of costume in here, you'll find out just how out of practice your butt is, sooner rather than later."

Sylvia grinned at her friend, knowing that they were thinking the same thingthat Rosa's words were more tempting than terrifying.

The vivacious, petite blonde continued. "I'm up on the third floor where the employees have rooms. They are off limits to guests but I assure you, you're going to love your guest suite. The showers are amazing."

After a brief tour of the facilities on the way to Sylvia's new, temporary residence, Rosa gave her a quick hug and promised to find her again at the Meet and Greet. Sylvia watched her friend skip away, smiling to herself as she slotted the card into the door lock. She was already feeling calmer for having seen Rosa.

* * * * *

The first thing Sylvia noticed when she entered her guest chamber was the enormous four poster bed, which dominated the room. Then the hooks and rings on it caught her eye, and her mouth went dry. A vivid image rose unbidden to her mind, of her, bound naked and helpless on the deep violet sheets, writhing in agonyor was it ecstasyunderneath a strong, gorgeous man. Swallowing hard, she turned her back on the bed and opened the door to the ensuite. An enormous shower, complete with spa tub, took up almost the entire space, leaving only enough room for the toilet, sink, cupboard and mirror.

She was about to go back into the bedroom when she caught sight of herself. Despite her surroundings, despite what she was about to do, she still looked the same; her hair pulled back in a ponytail, her oversized jumper hiding her curves, her cheeks still slightly flushed from the explicit image the bed had aroused in her. Any of her friends from the outside world would recognise her immediately. Rosa had.

Sylvia frowned at her reflection and tried to imagine how she would be perceived at the forthcoming auction. The people she had seen, as Rosa had led her to her room on the second floor, had been so... exotic. Bawdy, beautiful costumes, lots of skin, amazing bodies. She'd seen a couple of slave girls, a young woman in an incredibly sexy cat costume, and one or two ladies in full medieval gowns complete with corset. She herself hadn't worn a corset in ages.

"You look dowdy," she told herself sternly. For the first time since she'd found out about and signed up for it, she was struck with a different type of trepidation about the auction. What if no-one bid on her? She wasn't sure which was worse; having to spend the entire time with a troll, or spending it alone because no-one there found her attractive enough to part with their cash, even if it was for a good cause.

Pulling the sweater back so it outlined her body, Sylvia ran a critical eye over what she saw. Her waist was slim enough, but her hips were entirely too wide and round, as were her thighs. She didn't even want to think about her butt. Stephen hadn't wanted her anymore. Why should anyone else?

Closing her eyes, she turned away from the mirror before she broke down. Get a grip on yourselfyou're overreacting. Of course you look dowdy right now; you got ready in a hurry this morning and besides, you spent the last two days in aeroplanes and airports. You're probably jet lagged, and you've still only had one cup of coffee. Once you've gone to that Wardrobe place and been kitted out, no doubt you'll look and feel much better, she scolded herself. Now put your big girl panties on and deal with it!

Taking a deep breath, she marched back to the bed without looking at it, and reached for the welcome pack which was still sticking out of her handbag. To her immense relief, she found a map, and saw that the Wardrobe was on the same floor as her room. With a quick glance around to ensure that her suitcase had indeed been delivered by a porter, and to her relief it had, she lifted her chin defiantly, picked up the key, and left the room. It was time for Sylvia to become Silver...

Punishing Portia by Darling Adams

Chapter One

"That bitch!" David shouted, slamming a fist down on the stainless steel prep counter so hard he made everything on it pop into the air.

"I know," Jerry, his sous-chef, said in commiseration.

Jerry had just brought him the latest Windy City Eats magazine, which carried a scathing review of their new restaurant, and, in particular, of him and his skills as both a chef and a restaurant owner.

David read aloud, "Megalomaniac Chef David Dean Marone has opened a second restaurant near the waterfront. As if appearing on the Food Channel and already having a restaurant (Marone's) named after himself wasn't enough, this one, too, takes his nameDavid Dean's." He skipped ahead. "Overall, David Dean's is much like its owner/chef; arrogant and pretentious. No wine on the menu is under forty dollars, and while our red was decent, it was served too warm, something that shouldn't happen at a restaurant that purports to take pains in sourcing and handling only the highest quality food products. Of course the food is what you would expect from an award-winning chef like Marone, but I found it at times cloying." He jumped to the end. "The service is haughty rather than humble. If you want to be looked down at for not having designer shoes and a matching handbag, this is the place to go. Three stars for food. One and a half for service, one for atmosphere."

He slapped the magazine down again. "That woman seriously needs to get laid."

"Honestly, a review like this will only help us," Jerry reasoned. "The phone has been ringing off the hook for reservations, and I don't have a single table free for five weeks."

David rubbed his face. "Yeah, but where does she get off?" He turned to look at his right-hand man. "Is this true?"

Jerry hid a grin. "Look, boss. Your confidence is what made you the most successful restaurateur in Chicago. No-one here is complaining about you, and none of our customers are complaining about the atmosphere. The exclusive feel is why they want to see and be seen here."

David drew a breath in through his nose and exhaled, trying to relax the tension in his shoulders. His upcoming vacation could not be better scheduled. He looked down at the magazine review again. Portia Sands, Critic at Large.

"I went to school with her," he said, pointing at the byline.

"Oh yeah? Is that why she has a bone to pick?"

He snorted. "I have no idea. I never did anything to her. I wouldn't even remember her if she didn't have a name straight out of a Shakespeare play."

"Was this in college?"

"No, the Culinary Institute. She and I were the only two who had graduated college first. Most people there were youngernineteen or twenty. She acted snotty about the programI think she found the classes below her education level. You know; it was vocational training, as opposed to a graduate degree."

"So now she writes scathing reviews about the people in her class? Lame."

David relaxed, calmer now that he had aired his anger.

"Maybe she had a crush on you and you failed to notice."

He gave a short bark of laughter. "I think it's the opposite. I asked her out once, just for coffee, but she pulled the old arriving with a gaggle of friends thing. Nothing shows indifference better than bringing all your girlfriends on a date with you."

Jerry laughed. "Didn't want to get stuck alone with you, eh? That's rough. She really is a stuck-up bitch, isn't she?"'

David laughed, the gossip eroding his bad mood. "Just frigid, I think. Probably, underneath it all, she's just dying to get nailed, but she can't let herself go." Something teased the back of his mind as though he'd had a conversation like that with her, all those years ago. Not able to retrieve it, he let it go. She wasn't worth any more brain space.

The thought of sex lured his mind to his New Year's holiday. Once a year he took a trip to the Castle, a BDSM fantasy locale in the middle of Nowhere, Ohio. A real Scottish castle, transported and reconstructed brick by brick, the vacation spot indulged every sort of fetish, and provided the opportunity for him to play Dom to eager subs.

It was something his local BDSM group could probably provide as well, but his workaholis

This is a very good buy. The stories are sweet and follow a theme, it is like watching a series. The characters grow after each book, I love it.

What a wonderful boxed set! Five accomplished authors write five very different books, all wound around a luxury BDSM castle. Most tastes are catered for in this set. Of course, the readers that have ‘lighter’ tastes will read through their fingers and squirm on occasion and those with ‘heavier’ tastes will occasionally wonder what all of the fuss is about. There is something for everyone in this set and you never know, you just might learn something new. Well worth buying.

I haven't read all the books in this set yet... so, I will review the ones I have: Rosie's Resolutions: Rosa is a Nanny in the castle nursery taking care of the Littles, but she dreams of being a little girl herself. She makes a new year's resolution to number one Don't chicken out. With the love and support of her friends at the castle Rosa goes up for auction to become Rosie. Rosie finds her Mommy and Daddy and all she ever wanted. Will this be Rosa's dream or little Rosie's dream come true. Portia's Punishment: Portia is a food critic and she writes a scathing review of David's restaurant. She doesn't knock his food mostly just his character. David see's Portia at the sub auction at the Castle and see's his chance for a little sweet revenge.

I lived reading all these stories. I live the dynamic of all these couples. My only wish is that there had benn a story with a plant getting a submssive. That could have been interesting.

I really enjoyed the Masters Of The Castle series so when I saw this set of books set in the same castle I knew I had to read them. I wasn't disappointed. They are really good, each one completely different and it's great value for money.

I don't even have words!! This book was amazing. I ended up buying the whole boxed set. Each story was fun sexy and engaging. I love that all of the characters have a unique back-story and personality to relate too. I also love that this boxed set address so many different types of consensual sexy submission. Great Read! I can't wait to read more about the castle!

When the Gavel Falls 5 This is a wonderful box set of 5 novellas and a short essay. They are all well done! I like how the stories intertwine with one another. You see different points of view for the same scene. Fulfilling her Fantasy by Tabitha Black This is a short little story. First, it explains the purpose of the slave auction and the rules pertaining to it. Then, we meet Janice. Janice is the wardrobe mistress and she has been without a partner, or any action, for more than a year. She has a thing for Dominick, the Dungeon Master. But, she doesn’t want to ask him. Her best friend Ellen, asks him for her. So, she sets up a blind date for Janice with Dominick. And her reality is better than her fantasy! I give this 5 stars. Sharing Silver by Tabitha Black Sylvia is the best friend of one of the Nannies at the castle. Rosa has decided to participate in the auction and she convinces her friend to do so as well. Sylvia is just getting over a divorce from a man who couldn’t give her what she needed. Sylvia has a history that we don’t find out about until later in the book, but there is a reason why she is wearing a black bracelet. Travis and Trevor are twins and they do everything together. They decided to buy a slave so that they could do what they wanted as opposed to the slave topping from the bottom as the guests did. They wanted to control the whole experience. So, they buy her from the auction and things progress from there. I won’t go into detail about their scenes, but let me tell you, they are hot! I really enjoyed this story and there is a HEA, even though there is a lot of emotional upheaval on the way there. I give this 5 stars. Punishing Portia by Darling Adams David is the owner and chef of a restaurant. Portia is a food critic and she has written a scathing article about his newest restaurant. David is angry about the article as he doesn’t think that it is deserved. Portia has her reasons for writing these criticisms of David’s food. They aren’t quite fair, but she does have her reasons. Anyways, both she and David decide to participate in the slave auction, though they don’t know the other is going to be there until the day of the auction. When David sees her, he decides he is going to purchase her. David does purchase her and he decides that he is going to exact revenge for the review. He has her dressed as a pet and gives her a tail (yes!). Then he proceeds to punish her. Eventually they work through things and there is HEA, but it is quite a journey on the way there. I do think that the ending was a little rushed but it was a very satisfying story. I give this story 4 stars. Rosie’s Resolutions by Maggie Ryan This story is about age-play. Rosa serves as a Nanny at the Castle, but she has always wondered about being a Little herself. So, she decides to put herself up for auction. What she doesn’t expect is to be bought by a couple, her Mommy and Daddy. Grant and Valerie are in their own D/d relationship, but they want a little girl of their own. Rosie is their dream come true. There are rough patches to get across, but there is a HEA. I love this and I love the ageplay. I give this 5 stars! Owning O by Maren Smith This was a hard story to read! This is the story of Master Alan and Octavia Sutter. She is the submissive who never says no. But, she comes there for absolution, not because she enjoys submission. Alan works to get through her walls, but it is slow going. There are severe punishments and lots of emotion. I’m still not sure if I like this story. It is more along the way of a dark romance. I give this 4 stars. Buying Brianny by Abbie Adams Brianny is coming to visit her sister Sara who is married to Jackson. She is bringing her fiancé, Kian. She wants a BDSM lifestyle, but is unable to tell her fiancé about it. So, she blindsides him when she participates in the auction and forces him to buy her. Kian had a girlfriend once that he spanked and she considered it abuse and broke up with him. He had no intention of bringing it up with Brianny as she had never given him any indication that she was interested in D/d. So, he deliberately sets out to frighten her. She keeps saying that she trusts him, but how can you trust someone who frightens you basically for revenge? Brianny is so timid and Kian annoys me. I like the story, but I do doubt their love for each other. I give this story 3 stars.

This is a great series. I have been reading and loving the Castle series as each book has come out. This box set does not disappoint, Great books written by fabulous authors.  My favorite book is Rosie's Resolutions. A great age play book that offers a bit of everything!

‘Owning O’ was not exactly what I expected from reading the synopsis, this book was much better than I assumed it would be. Instead of simply finding a story about Tavy (known as ‘O’ at the castle) who appears to have no limits at all when she plays with a Dom, we find the so called experienced submissive doesn’t actually appear to understand the role or power of a submissive and instead is using BDSM as a way to punish herself for something. Tavy (a regular at the Castle) along with a number of other submissives sell themselves for a few days at an auction to raise money for a Cancer Charity. I was hooked trying to second guess what Tavy was hiding, while Alan her Dom (who works at the Castle) spent the next few days trying to learn more about her. Tavy is thrown off kilter during the time with Alan because he doesn’t act like the others Dom’s have and she is left confused and unsure how to react. In Punishing Portia David buys Portia at the auction in order to take revenge against an unjust review she published about his restaurant. Portia is unsure whether David recognises her and David soon finds himself struggling to maintain his thoughts about revenge as he finds in Portia the kind of submissive he has been missing. Rosie’s Resolution is an Age play story, Rosie is finally going to try out her Dream of being a ‘little one’ for a change instead of working as a Nanny (at the Castle). Rosie soon ends up not just with the Daddy, but a Mummy as well. Grant and Valerie are a married couple who are looking for a little and bid on Rosie. Rosie soon finds herself immersed in the role as a little and despite a couple of consequences she had not forseen she finds herself enjoying herself and worrying about how she’ll return to normal after the taste of being a little. This book contains FFM. Buying Brianny is about a couple who are already in a relationship, Brianny is Sara’s sister (from an earlier book) and she is scared to tell Kian exactly what she wants in their relationship. Brianny brings Kian to the Castle without telling him anything about it, then gets separated nearly as soon as they arrive. Kian is in shock and angry that Brianny sprang this all on him with no warning, but soon becomes intrigued by what his brother-in –law shows him as he tours the Castle. Brianny spontaneously joins the Auction, forcing Kian to bid on her and for the next few days they try to open their communication and learn what they enjoy. ‘Sharing Silver’ is about Sylvia who flies all the way from Australia to meet her friend Rosie for the auction. Sylvia has recently been though a divorce and her self esteem is very low and she doesn’t see herself in a very good light. Beginning to doubt that anyone will even want to bid on her, she soon finds herself with not just one but two Doms. This box set contains a wide variety of stories with different themes, but all interwoven within the amazing setting within the Castle. I received ‘Owning O’ as an ARC for an honest review, I then bought the rest of the box set (still a great price, even though I already had one of the books).

What a great set of books. Each one is unique and special and add something to the world of the Castle. I couldn't stop reading this one until I had finished the whole set. Punishing Portia - David is strong enough to admit he made a mistake and Portia realizes she has to rethink how she handled things. I love how these two fit together so perfectly. David is willing to work toward bringing out the best in Portia. Loved the wrap up that made it even better. Rosie's Resolution - Sometimes it takes strength to admit what you want. I really loved Rosa not just in taking a chance but in the loving way she cares and supports her friends. You can feel the love between all the players in this story and you can help but cheer them all one. This one does have MFf, age-play story line. Sharing Silver - I can't image being brave enough to travel half way across the world to pursue a dream. Silver is strong and brave and it doesn't hurt that her best friend is willing to go on the block with her. She is willing to take risks and she gets what she wants times 2 with her purchase by the twins. Changing O - Wow this story was so much more than I was expecting. I thought it would be darker and edgier given O's habit of playing on the dark story but I was so wrong. This is a love story about a man strong enough not to give O what she wants but what she truly needs. This is really a powerful story. Buying Brianny - This one includes taking a risk that almost backfires. So often in stories of this genre we are remind that communication is the backbone of any relationship. If you can be honest about your wants and needs with the one you love the most than how can you hope to move forward to the future. Fulfilling Her Fantasy - Reviewed separately.

It's hard to know how to begin telling how much I loved this series by five awesome and favorite authors. The other reviews mimic what I was going to say, so ditto. Each author tells a different story but they all intersect with each other. The writers had to communicate with each other to weave in and out of the details of each story because they are all at the castle. I wish the castle existed because I would love to go and experience some of the things that the characters did. The Overview gives the plot of each story and so do the excerpts. This is a great bargin at $9.99 because after a month the storys will be separate and cost more. At that time I will do individual reviews.

From the, dare I say, master of the genre, another tale in the Master’s of the Castle series —this from a new group of stories, written by various authors. Ms. Smith is the creator of this universe, which exists in a luxury vacation destination where Doms and Submissives go to live out their deepest fantasies. She is an excellent writer and her prose magically puts the reader into the castle along with a group of charming characters whose psyches she reveals. In Owning O, a resident Dom, Alan, is smitten with a mysterious guest of the castle who calls herself “O”, a beautiful sub who never says no. As he observes “O”, he realizes that she is not enjoying her treatment, but rather is putting herself through it. He decides to try to connect to her and to push through her walls. The amazing thing about this story is that the author takes you through each scene with minute detail - you know what Alan is thinking as he tries to reach “O” and you are privy to “O”s thoughts as she struggles to obey. Their scenes are intense and harsh, fraught with psychological complexity yet very erotic. Alan is gorgeous, sexy and authoritative - quite a package. He’s met his match with the beautiful “O” who tries to top from the bottom. With this story, Maren Smith takes the goings on at the Castle to a new level and does it brilliantly. I can’t wait to read all of the other stories!

What an amazing collection of stories by extremely talented authors. Having read and enjoyed the Master of the Castle books by Maren Smith, this spin off is being held at The Castle, a BDSM private club in Ohio which prides itself on anonymity. What a way to end the year 2014 by holding a Submissive Charity Auction to raise money in honor of Founding Master Don who died from cancer. Submissives have registered and will be auctioned off, they have filled out forms with likes but will have their hard limits honored and they have signed waivers. Dominates will bid and will have them from Tuesday night until 10:00 Friday morning, or through the weekend if both parties agree. These stories explores multiple kinks (no judgment allowed) including age-play, ménage, reluctant submission, and the lots of spankings. Let the journey begin!

Wonderful collection. I cannot say enough about the books. Some were edgy and for the serious BDSM reader. But nothing too severe. These 5 stories are a lot of fun and slightly heavier on the BDSM. A few of the stories did not appeal to me...and made me squirm. If you are into the slightly heavier BDSM, these books may be for you. There are graphic sexual encounters. There are scenes with cane, belt, fire, knife play, paddle and various other instruments. There is anal play. There is Age Play. If you enjoy ménage, and slightly more intense BDSM, I think you will enjoy. If you are looking for sweet spanking...not really.

I don't even know where to start this review, I am speechless at the moment! What a deal at $9.99, less than $2.00 a book, written by quality authors! I am not going to give you a synopsis of the plot of each story, you can read that for yourself in the product description but I am going to tell you if you miss this collection you will surely regret it. This series, is by far, in the top 3 of my favorites of all time and that is saying something considering how many books I read on a daily and weekly basis. I love all of the books in this set as well as all of the books in the Masters of the Castle Series, seriously how could I not? Buy this set and prepare to visit the one place that most of us really wished existed and meet the people that share their stories with us. You will be very happy you did!
