Talk about an ultimatum! Get your people skills together or out you go! Unfortunately, Cheyenne had only her mother's example to guide her on how to deal with others. Fabulous start to a new series! I received a copy from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Cheyenne is about to lose her job unless she enrolls in Jason's program to change. He finds that she's not really a brat once he gets to know her. She is en route to finish the program early, and they realize they are in love. There was a lot of deep dialogue in this book.

Cheyenne is a bratty rude employee who is about to lose her job if something is not done. Her boss hires Jason, who is head of the Last Chance Program and Cheyenne enrolls. This was a really good book! Had a lot of witty dialogue, bratty Cheyenne misbehaving, bunch of spankings - all by hand, nothing harsh, and Jason her dominate teacher! Oh, what a teacher....I would love to have him for my teacher! He had everything...loving, caring, listened to her, and knew when she needed a spanking. He was just awesome! Gave this book 5 stars and can't wait for more! Misty Malone can write a book!

This book stretched my believability a little. Are there really as people as clueless as Cheyanne out there and would bosses go that far out of their way when the bottom line is at stake? But that niggling doubt aside, I did like the book! I appreciated how Jason handled problems so calmly. Such a great role model in his willingness to hear and negotiate when the situation called for it. Spanking for a true purpose and with an underlying intention to teach. I liked the spanking scenes and thought they fit the book well. The book presents some unique situations and solves them reasonably.

Really enjoyed this story. The dialog and the characters pull you in and in no time you are rooting for Cheyenne to get it right. Jason is the perfect person to take her in hand and I loved that while he was more than ready to give her some Otk incentives to improve, he was every bit as interested in figuring out what makes her tick.

I believe that this should be a real program for people! I just loved the story and I think many people in this world, including myself at times, could benefit from someone who just doesn't take a bad attitude or terrible manners in stride! The story was a sweet one that provoked thoughtful insight and just plain made me think. I loved the romance, and all the spankings were deserved and well done! Can't wait to read another, so excited that there will be more to come!!

I loved this book and couldn't put it down. Cheyenne is a complex character who desperately needs to learn how to treat people. Her boss, Dan, is a compassionate man who appreciates her talent but can't afford to let her drive away clients any longer. He cares about her and wants her to stay so he offers her the last chance program. Jason is a great character who runs the program and is committed to helping Cheyenne. His patience and insight are remarkable and I love the way he guides Cheyenne and also models appropriate behavior. He's also very consistent and disciplines Cheyenne whether his heart is in it or not. As time goes on, he gets to know her better and helps her work through her underlying issues. The book was very interesting and enjoyable cover to cover.

This is truly an amazing, thoughtful and enchanting story! Once I started reading this this book I was not able to put it down. The author wove an engaging story of Cheyenne, a very talented but flawed woman, who enters into the last chance program to try and keep her job. The resulting journey is so much more rewarding and successful than she expects. In addition to this incredible character, there is a dominant male, Jason, who is a very dominant man that uses spanking as a consequence to her poor choices when needed. I loved that he did not always resort to spanking if other methods worked to change the course of Cheyenne’s actions – but don’t worry – there is plenty of spanking in this book. When I finished this book I was sad because I so wanted to learn more about these two special and wonderful characters – hopefully they will show up in future books!!! I would strongly recommend this book for anyone that wants to read a very feel good story!

I enjoyed this beginning to a new series with likable characters, interesting plot and entertaining dialog. Take one out of control employee, Cheyenne, a very frustrated boss, Dan, and mix in someone who can make or break the situation, Jason, and you have a captivating story. Cheyenne has talent in her field, but lacks discipline, and control, she throws tantrums, curses, is rude and shows no common courtesy to her employer, coworkers, or even clients. Jason offers a program that helps get women like Cheyenne get back on track and turns the negative around into positive. He sees Cheyenne as feisty, compassionate and intelligent; now he needs to help find what her triggers is and how to change her behavior and to think before she explodes. There are many OTK hand spankings in this story, all very well deserved, and no sex scenes. I look forward to reading more in the Last Chance Program series.
