Five full-length novels by five of Blushing Books most popular authors:

The Lawman's Lesson by Patty Devlin

Choose one of the two men, or take the return ticket and head home. It wasn't much of a choice. Celia had worked and studied so hard to have a school of her own. And she had known that they might be a little upset. She knew exactly what they had wanted. It was stated very clearly in the advertisement and she could probably read and write better than anyone one of them.

The Blacksmith's Bride by Patricia Green

Sunny Winslow knows exactly what she wants in a man. When she meets the blacksmith in her new home, Abel Armstrong, she's immediately hooked. Unfortunately, her mother has other plans for her that do not include a blacksmith. Her mother is determined to tie Sunny to a rich town counselor. Sunny is desperate to escape the counselor, so she embarks on a series of schemes to get what she wants.

The Outlaw's Bride by Renee Rose

Mabelle Lawson had been managing her dead sister's ranch without help for three months. The last thing she needs is a band of outlaws showing up and pushing her around. The Curly James gang members have no patience for her sass, and when their leader attempts to strike her with his fist, one of his men volunteers to spank her instead. She wants to hate the good-looking outlaw, but he seems to have her well-being at heart, even risking his life to protect her from the other men.

Unjustly accused of murder, Sam Pride is on the run and his luck worsens when he tangles with the Curly James gang. The only bright spot is the little spitfire rancher who steals his heart with her courage and spunk. When the two set off together for Cheyenne and then Denver, sparks fly and their magnetic connection grows.

The Juniper Bride by Maddie Taylor

Emmalee Gray watches in frustration as her fiance boards a train west. Told to stay behind and prepare for their wedding, Em has other ideas. She doesn't want to remain with home without him, especially with her witch of a step- mother and a papa, who barely knows she exists. She'd much rather risk Clint's wrath and follow him. Her plan, to stay hidden until she gets far enough away from Boston he wouldn't dare send her back alone. Then she can enjoy some private time and maybe a little adventure with her gorgeous fiance, in advance of their nuptials. Clinton

To Have and to Scold by Mary Wehr

Annie's sweet on her neighbor, Matthew Caine, but the stern rancher treats her like a bratty child instead of a woman. Each encounter always ends with a trip over his knee.
Matthew's fed up with Annie's childish behavior. Her latest prank ruined a brand new pair of boots! While he sets her britches on fire, he refers to her as a nuisance and warns her to leave him alone. For once in her life, Annie obeys.

Wonderful set! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about these strong men and the spitfire women they had to tame. I enjoyed the family element too!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. I had to give it five loves, one for each deliciously wonderful story. Usually I read a box set for one or two stories by authors that I love but every single one of these books delivered. They are all tied together as they tell the story of five half brothers who have just learned of their biological father's death and each other's existence, all in one fell swoop. They could each be read on their own, but together they are something spectacular. Each story tells about one brother's journey, both to Denver for the reading of the will, and to true love. The brothers are all hot, dominant men who demand respect and obedience from their loves and are not afraid to back their requests with firm discipline to their lovely ladies behinds. Each lady is spirited, strong and willing to stop at nothing to find the love they have been seeking. This box set is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys a great story!

If you love a good, romantic spanking story set in the Western era, this is for you. This set includes 5 stories of Alpha cowboys who tame their feisty little ladies with good, old fashioned over-the-knee spankings. I also enjoy that each story builds on the other, so you are able to continue following all the characters. I enjoy a great series this one certainly does not disappoint!

A great set of books. Each book would read very well as a stand alone story but having the full set was the icing on the cake. The authors have collaborated very well, to the point that the entire series could have been written by any one of them. A western series that was not all about cowboys. Well worth purchasing.

All five authors did a very nice job with their stories. I found all the brothers to be good, strong, alpha males that were also loving and protective of their women. Their wives were feisty and strong which I enjoyed. I did wish there was an ending where all the brothers did get together, the contents of the mysterious journal explained and thought it would be fun to see how the wives interacted with each other in comparing the brothers. Did really enjoy and if you like westerns with spunk and spice, you'll enjoy this set.

Oh my! The reviews above would be hard to top. Each of the five stories can be stand alone stories but they all have a common thread which is they all had the same father and yet they never met nor knew that they had siblings. One of the brothers had a twin sister and met each other in a touching way. I would love to see another series to follow up on each of the sons and daughter. Each author is awesome. They made me laugh, cry and got me emotionally involved and I was up all night because I had to finish and then I wanted more.

Sons 1 The Lawman’s Lessons by Patty Devlin I love this first book in the series! Celia has come to Denver to be a schoolteacher. She deliberately used her initials instead of her name when applying so that the school board thought they were hiring a man. When they realize she is a woman they decide that she must marry so that a man might look out for her and protect her. Marshall Jackson Owens steps up to marry her to protect her, but he really wants her as she is different from any woman that he knows. So, after a spanking because she slaps him, Celia agrees to marry him. I liked that Celia is an independent woman. There is a double standard in this story, but to be honest, life was a double standard then as well! Jackson and Celia get to know one another for several months before they consummate their marriage. Through those months, Celia gets quite a few spanking. The only drawback to this wonderful story is that it is so short. Only 84 pages. I am getting tired of buying novellas. I would willingly pay a little more for more meat to the story. 5 stars! Sons 2 The Blacksmith’s Bride by Patricia Green I always love Patricia Green’s books. This is the story of Abel and Sunny. Sunny recently moved to Carrollton from Kansas City with her mother after her father died. Sunny’s mother wants her to make a good match. She tells Abel, “We come from a long line of bankers and businessmen. I'm afraid we'd have little to discuss with a tradesman." Of course, Sunny likes Abel. She is determined to have him and she earns a few spankings from Abel because of the way she goes about it. This is a good story. Abel is determined to be the HoH in their relationship. Sunny is willing to accept his spankings, but she still is a strong character. A lovely addition to the Sons of Johnny Hastings set! 4 stars! Sons 3 Outlaw’s Bride by Renee Rose I was so happy to see that Renee Rose wrote one of the stories in this set. All the books I’ve read by her are so good. She gives lots of details and her spankings are hot! This is the story of Sam and Mabelle. Mabelle came out to Wyoming to help nurse her sister who had consumption. Once there, her brother-in-law Frank was killed by Indians. Her sister gave up and died several weeks later. Mabelle was left alone to run the ranch. Sam was being forced to ride with a gang. He was wanted for killing four men in Colorado Terrritory. They came to the ranch for shelter and, sparks began to fly! Eventually, the gang is killed and Mabelle and Sam take their bodies to Cheyenne. There they meet the Pinkerton man who delivers the letter about Sam’s father dying. They decide to travel there together as they have fallen in love and they have a plan to get the bounty off of Sam’s head. This book is really good. I stayed up reading way later than I should! There is a great story and very hot spankings. Mabelle seems to always be in trouble. But, the making up after is pretty hot too. I highly recommend this story! 5 stars! Sons 4 Juniper Bride by Maddie Taylor Another great book in the Sons of Johnny Hastings series. This one is a little different in that Clinton and Emmalee are from Boston. Emmalee is engaged to Clint when he finds out about his father. Clint was adopted as a baby by a prosperous couple in Boston. He is a shipbuilder. Emmalee is a proper young lady. When Emmalee questions where Clint is going, she is spanked because she won’t accept that it doesn’t concern her. So, when Clint leaves the next day on the train, she buys a ticket and follows him. This is the start of the troubled that Emmalee gets into. Clint has to rescue her many times, and she gets spanked many times as well. The spankings and the lovemaking are very hot! I liked Clint and Emmalee as a couple. Clint is overprotective, but he thinks that Emmalee is a strong person. I really liked this next addition in the series. 5 stars Sons 5 To Have and to Scold by Mary Wehr This is the last book in the Sons of Johnny Hastings series. This is about Matt and Annie. Annie has been in love with Matt since she was little. But, he was only annoyed by her and so he spanked her. Finally, Matt hurts Annie’s feelings when she is 15 and Annie decides to stay away from him. When Annie is 18, her father dies and she is left with her stepmother, Eva and stepbrother, Robbie. The ranch has been gambled away by Annie’s father and Eva comes up with the plan to drug Annie and marry her off to a rancher’s son that Annie doesn’t like. Annie runs and decides to take up work in the saloon. Matt finds her there and decides that he loves Annie and that they need to marry. The rest of the story goes into Matt and Annie’s marriage and how they save Annie’s ranch. I really liked this book. There are plenty of spankings, but they are done in a loving manner. Matt is the head of his household and Annie learns her place. Matt loves Annie, but she needs to learn that she is a lady and to follow Matt’s lead. 4 stars!

Wow what a set!!! Western stories are my favourite and 5 great novels back to back heaven! The stories involve much more than the boys finding out about their father and brothers there are baddies galore, a catfight, evil mothers/brothers and of course naughty wives with sore behinds. A best seller I hope there is a follow on I'd love to see the wives all get together and cause mayhem perhaps a public brawl that would be funny (authors I hope your listening lol) thank you for such an entertaining read

What a delightful collection of five stories by five very talented authors. Each story has a common theme, the bastard sons of the late Johnny Hastings. Also, the feisty women in each of the dominate male characters life! None of the men had any idea that they have brothers until the letters they receive from the Pinkerton Detective Agency informing them of the demise of Johnny Hastings and the reading of the will. Each man must go to Denver, and the journey along the way is the story. These stories all blend so well together and each of the men know how to handle these misbehaving women, but taking them over their knee and soundly spanking them, and often.

Awesome set of 5 historical westerns. Although they could each stand alone, they have the common theme of 5 half brothers all coming together in Denver for the reading of their deadbeat father's will. You learn each wonderful couples story with all the love, romance, excitement and yes, spanking. I love the era, the clothes, the horses, the trains, the bad guys you love to hate and of course, dominant men and their fiesty, sassy brides. And what a collection of authors. Some of my favorites and the best in the genre. I don't have words to describe it except... Thank you ma'ams can I have another. LOL No I didn't read it all today, but I could have. I got an advanced copy, lucky girl that I am.
