Kidnapped from Earth and taken to the planet Rayshod, Risa finds herself in a training facility for young women, a place where woman are taught to be perfect Rayshod wives: subservient and obedient.

At first, horrified by all that she sees and is subjected to, Risa rebels. As a result, she is spanked hard on her bare bottom, forced to take soapy enemas, and even placed in nappies and treated like a baby girl. Eventually, she realizes that if she wants to escape this place she will need to at least pretend to submit.

Everything changes, though, when Risa is sold to Lord Ben Reece, who takes her as his wife. Ben is no push over, and he takes his responsibilities seriously. Nothing is more important to him than ensuring the health and safety of his new wife. If that means applying his firm hand to her bare bottom then he is up to the job. However, despite his views on domestic discipline, Risa finds herself falling for the handsome Ben. She finds herself torn between her growing love for Ben and a promise to her friends from the training facility, a promise that would draw her away from Ben and ensure a severe punishment if she were caught.

Publisher's Note: Taken: Risa's Story is an erotic novel that includes non-consensual spankings, punishment enemas and anal play, exhibitionism, STRONG & SEXUAL AGE PLAY ELEMENTS, diapering, and more. Very hot! If such material offends you, don't buy this book.

The day started off like any other. It was a rather drab and dreary day. Thick, gray clouds covered the sky, casting a gloomy appearance about the city. But while most people were just waking to the chilly weather, dreading the thought of leaving their warm houses for the cold outside, Risa was smiling as she ran her normal route around the park. Rain, hail, or sunshine, it didn’t matter to her, she never missed her daily run.

Friends and family had tried to talk her out of this morning ritual many times, usually citing reasons of safety. Could she not run with a buddy, or in a gym, or at least at a more decent hour when others were around? Risa, of course, ignored them all, thinking them needlessly overprotective. What they didn’t understand was that she needed to run, needed the feelings it induced, the freedom, the adrenaline rush, the satisfaction.

She wasn’t ignorant of the dangers. Not at all. The news each night was filled with murders, rapes and robberies, which was why she’d stopped watching it. Risa simply preferred to think of people as mainly good and lawful. A historian by trade and a dreamer by nature, she preferred to lose herself in the past rather than worry about the now.

Risa pushed herself to increase her speed. Adrenaline pumped through her, fueling her body. Cold wind whipped at her, icy rain stinging her skin but she barely noticed as endorphins sent her soaring.

Something sharp pricked her arm.

Irritated, Risa brushed at her arm, not bothering to stop. She continued to run on, slowing as lethargy filled her body. She faltered, stumbling.

“What the hell?” she murmured as swaying, she fell to one knee, her limbs heavy and unwieldy. Nausea nearly choked her before she bent over and threw up violently.

Risa struggled to think through the thick fog engulfing her. She blinked, her vision growing hazy as she fought for enough breath to scream. All that came out was a tiny squeak.

She collapsed on her side, her face squishing into the cold mud.

The world grew dark. Was she dying? Was she having a stroke?

Black.

Stay awake. Fight back. Do not give in.

Someone picked her up, carrying her. Through sheer willpower she forced her eyes open long enough to catch the barest glimpse of a large man, his face blurred. Unable to stop herself, her head fell against his chest as he clasped her close.

Risa finally gave in, falling unconscious as he carried her away from all she had ever known.

Chapter One

Risa swallowed heavily, desperately trying to ignore her nausea. It bubbled inside her, making her stomach clench.

“Ohh,” she groaned, curling in on herself miserably. She kept her eyes closed opening them would be way too much effort.

She whimpered as her stomach rolled and bubbled. Please, not again.

“Shh,” someone whispered. “Over you go.”

Warm hands turned her on her side, guiding her head over the edge of the mattress. Risa gave in, her whole body bucking as she threw up violently.

“That’s it, lie on your stomach.”

Risa was no match for the hands that helped roll her onto her stomach. She was exhausted, completely weighed down with fatigue.

Had she ever been this ill before? If so, she couldn’t remember.

She shivered as the blanket covering her was lifted. Where were her flannel PJ’s? Was she naked?

Slightly cooler air hit her skin. Everywhere.

Oh hell. Yep, most definitely naked.

Perhaps she should protest she was certain she should be embarrassed. But frankly, she couldn’t quite work up the energy to care.

Maybe she was in the hospital. Perhaps she’d come down with a really bad case of the flu. In which case the nurse had probably seen numerous naked bodies, what was one more?

Suddenly, without warning, her butt cheeks were parted and something wet placed against her bottom hole.

What the hell?

Risa made a muffled protest, attempting to move, but she was weak as a kitten and a large, warm hand easily held her still as something cool and thin slid inside her.

Not painful but weird.

“Whaare you doin’?” she slurred, her mouth wasn’t working properly, the muscles slack as she drooled a little. Had she had a stroke? Panic unfurled in her stomach, adding to her discomfit.

Making a Herculean effort, she reached back and attempted to swat away whatever it was assaulting her. A smack landed on her bottom, shocking her. She froze.

“Stay still while I take your temperature, miss,” a stern voice ordered.

Her temperature? Why was this nurse taking her temperature anally? What sort of hospital was this?

The thermometer shifted in her bottom. It was twirled around as though the woman was trying to add to her embarrassment. If only she wasn’t so ill, she’d give the crappy nurse her opinion on her skills.

The thermometer was pulled from her bottom and Risa sighed with relief.

“Just as I thought, you’re running a temperature.”

I could have told her that for free, Risa thought grumpily before she was rolled onto her back. She moaned wretchedly, her stomach protesting the movement. As she fought back nausea, she felt her legs being raised and lifted. This drew her bottom up off the bed. Before she could resist her hips were lowered, her bottom resting on some sort of cloth.

Then her legs were parted and the soft material brought around her bottom and privates. Oh my God, was the woman diapering her? Like a freaking baby!

What the hell was going on?

Her arms were heavy and cumbersome, but still she lifted them, clumsily pushing at the diapers. Trying desperately to remove them.

Instantly, her hands were grabbed and smacked sharply.

“Ow,” she whimpered. Opening her eyes, she stared blearily up at the frowning nurse.

“No,” the nurse said sternly. “No touching.” Risa’s arms were forcibly raised and tied above her head.

“Now, sleep.”

To her surprise, she did.

* * *

Risa woke tired and grouchy. Her stomach felt raw, empty and her mouth was as dry as the Australian outback. Irritated and unused to being ill, she scrunched her face and let out a grumpy sigh.

Opening her eyes, she groaned as harsh light assaulted her sensitive eyes. Even her hair was annoying her; it was all over her face, getting in her mouth. And why was she sleeping with her arms above her head? Her shoulders ached and she whimpered at the discomfort. Risa attempted to lower them, but they simply would not move.

“Urgh.” She tugged frantically. What the hell was around her wrists?

Risa forced her eyes open, blinking through the pain and glared up at her hands through strands of red hair.

Someone had tied her to the bed. Someone had wrapped ropes around her wrists and bound her. What kind of sickoshe looked down and saw exactly what kind of sicko she was dealing with.

Someone who kidnapped women, bound them, and then placed them in diapers.

No way. Uh-uh, no way was this happening to her. She was going to fight her way free and then she was going to kick someone’s ass.

Just as soon as she recovered. This illness had taken everything out at her.

Breath coming in frantic pants, she pulled at the rope surrounding her wrists.

Who had kidnapped her and why?

Obviously whatever they’d sedated her with had made her ill. Why had they brought her here? And why on earth would they diaper her?

Suddenly her bladder gave out an urgent signal, the pressure making her gasp. Oh no. Surely they didn’t expect her to pee in a diaper?

How humiliating.

Risa had to get out of here now. She didn’t know where she was, but there was no way she wanted to be here when whoever had done this got back.

Her bladder gave another urgent signal.

“Oh no, oh no.” No way was she peeing in a diaper. But the rope around her wrists wasn’t budging. All she was doing was tiring herself out and rubbing her wrists raw.

“Damn it,” she swore, giving in. She needed some help. “Hey, someone, let me go. I have to go to the bathroom. Hey!”

She continued screaming until she was hoarse and her legs were crossed with the effort of holding back her pee.

“Shit, shit, shit,” she cursed.

“Enough of that swearing,” she was scolded as a large woman walked through the doorway. She was tall and broad although in no way fat. She wore a light gray shirt and black pants. A dark gray smock covered her clothes. Even her hair was gray and not a hint of make-up touched her lined face.

It was as though she’d been bleached of every hint of color.

“Let me up, I need the bathroom,” Risa ordered through clenched teeth.

“You have a diaper on, you could have used that,” the woman continued on as she deftly undid the diaper and pulled it out from Risa’s bottom. Risa wanted to ask her questions, to find out where the hell she was, but she was too busy concentrating on not letting go and making a mess.

Sweat pooled and ran down her back at the effort it took to hold onto her full bladder.

The woman moved to the head of the bed and released her. Her wrists remained tied together, though, as the nurse helped her up.

“Come on, then, down you come.”

The bed was very high and she had to help Risa down. The pressure against her bladder was incredible and she could only shuffle awkwardly behind the woman as she led her to a corner. There was no door so where the hell was the bathroom?

The only thing over there was a chamber pot.

“You have got to be kidding me,” Risa said between clenched teeth. The woman turned to her with a raised brow.

“It’s this or I put you in a diaper again and frankly I don’t think you’ll make it back to the bed without making a mess. And you’ll be cleaning it, not me. I don’t know what the problem is; you’ve been using the diaper just fine since you’ve gotten here.”

“What?” Risa yelped as the nurse forcefully pushed her down to crouch over the pot. Her bladder paid no attention to her embarrassment, immediately letting go as the woman stood over her.

“Where am I? What am I doing here? Who are you? How long have I been here? You know, you’re going to be in so much trouble once I’m found.”

The woman just sighed and shook her head. “You foreign girls are all the same. Questions and threats. But once you learn your place, you’ll be as obedient as the rest of them.”

Learn her place? Foreign girls? What did that mean? Was she on a different continent? The nurse didn’t have a discernible accent.

Finished, Risa tried to rise, but the woman clasped her shoulder and held her down.

“You’ll wait there until I give you leave to get up, young lady.”

Risa flushed with a mix of anger and embarrassment.

“I will not,” she yelled, struggling to free herself of the woman’s hold. But she was terrifyingly weak and her attempts to gain her freedom where easily countered by the surprisingly strong woman.

“You will cease this nonsense right now or pay the consequences,” the woman threatened.

“Let me go, you old bitch.”

Suddenly Risa was pulled forward onto her hands and knees. A large hand on the back of her neck pushed her down further, until her head was resting against the cold wooden floor.

Risa didn’t have a chance of fighting free. The woman was incredibly strong and Risa wasn’t even close to full strength yet.

Smack! Smack! Smack!

Risa screamed as the other woman’s hand landed on her buttocks. The pain was incredible. She’d never been spanked in her life. Corporal punishment had been outlawed years ago.

Smack! Smack!

Risa tried to scramble forwards, but the woman’s hold on her neck never faltered.

Her skin was on fire as the spanking continued on and on until all she could do was sob and plead incoherently for the other woman to stop.

“Please stop. Please, it hurt. Please,” she cried.

Smack! Smack!

The woman stopped. Risa continued to sob, her bottom aflame.

“Stay right there,” the woman ordered. “Move one inch and I’ll get the paddle.”

Risa let out a low moan, but stayed exactly where she was, not willing to risk more chastisement.

“Spread your legs so I can clean you properly.”

With a whimper, she hesitated.

Smack!

Quickly, Risa widened her legs, moaning quietly as something cool and wet was wiped thoroughly over her folds. Then her butt cheeks were parted roughly, with no care given to their swollen, fiery state and the cloth was wiped down the cleft of her ass. The woman even pressed the damp rag into her asshole.

Risa had never been so humiliated in her life.

“Right, you may stand now.”

The woman had to help Risa up. She was so exhausted, she was swaying. With a minimum of fuss the woman had her back on the table, diapered and tied once more before she left without a word.

Risa closed her eyes and cried.

* * *

Risa was bored. So incredibly bored. She’d awoken a while ago, her stomach thankfully feeling a lot better. But she had nothing to do except lie there and worry.

Besides the bed she was tied to, the only other furniture in the room was a large, wooden chair that didn’t even have a cushion on it, and a large chest of drawers. That was it. Oh, except for a few candles that lit the room surprisingly well. The electricity must be out.

And it was all horribly old-fashioned looking. Like she was in an antique shop. There wasn’t even a vid screen. How did these people communicate? Although that could be deliberate since she was being held against her will, they probably didn’t want her attempting to get hold of the outside world.

Not that she could, tied to this beda bed which had an incredibly hard, uncomfortable mattress.

She stared around the room, trying to convince herself that the walls weren’t closing in on her. Risa was claustrophobic. Generally it was only small spaces that affected her. Anything bigger than an elevator she could usually stomach without a problem.

So long as it had windows. If she could see outside she was okay. There were no windows here. And even though it was a really large room, she’d been stuck in here for what seemed like ages.

Plus her lack of ability to move, to do anything but lie there was playing with her mind.

“Hello! Hello!” she yelled out again, tears leaking from her eyes. She tried to hold them back, disgusted with herself. But as time dripped by incredibly slowly, Risa couldn’t fight the fear any longer. She started to sob, big huge heaving sobs of tears.

The door opened.

Risa tried to pull herself together as she stared over through blurred eyes at the two people who had entered the room.

“Hey, where am I? Who are you? Let me go!” She tugged at her wrists, attempting to blink the tears from her eyes.

“Well, she’s certainly got a voice on her, we’ll have to cure her of that,” a high-pitched voice said.

A cloth appeared in front of her face.

“Blow,” she was ordered by the same woman who’d spanked her earlier. Risa longed to protest, but she desperately wanted to clear her nose.

When the cloth was removed, and with her eyes cleared of tears, Risa peered up at the two people staring down at her. She was correct. It was the woman from before. Still in the same hideous clothes.

Risa turned her gaze to the man beside her. Her first thought was that he was a bit like a bouncy ball. About as broad as he was tall, not that he was all that tall. His shirt could barely be buttoned over his wide chest and full stomach. Risa watched as he took a deep breath and waited in fascination for the buttons to pop right off. But the shirt hung on, clinging to dear life.

She raised her gaze to his face. His neck was saggy, his jowls large and heavy. He had a wide mouth. Huge, bulbous eyes peered down at her with frank enjoyment.

She remembered then that she was naked except for her diaper, her breasts on display.

“Please, untie me.”

He pinched one of her nipples painfully and she sucked in a breath. Oh God, did he mean to rape her then?

He licked his lips and it hit her.

He looked like a toad.

She shuddered, wrinkling her nose. Gross.

Reaching down a hand, he touched her breast again. Risa shied away.

“Now, now, we’ll have none of that, my girl,” he exclaimed in a high-pitched voice that reminded her off an overexcited fourteen year old girl.

“She hasn’t been punished yet?” he asked.

“I had to give her a small spanking, but nothing major,” replied the woman.

Nothing major? Risa shifted uncomfortably as she remembered that spanking. It had sure seemed major to her.

“I wouldn’t do that without your presence. Besides, she only just woke up. She was very ill from the transportation. They gave her too many drugs.”

“Excellent.”

Risa expected him to rub his hands in glee.

The woman glared at him disapprovingly.

“I mean, umm, I’ll talk to them about that. But for now it’s time to introduce her to her new life. Huh, precious?” he crooned grotesquely.

“Look buddy, I don’t know who you are or why you kidnapped me, but as soon as my family discovers I’m missing they will be all over this place, and then I am going to kick your ass. Do yourself a favor and let me go.”

His face filled with anger, a deep purple discoloring his skin. “You insolent brat. Well, you will soon learn the proper way to address your betters. And as for your precious family, you will never see them again. There is no chance they will ever find you here on Rayshod. So you might as well resign yourself to that now. It will cause you a lot less problems in the long run. You’re mine now. And I intend to teach you to be a proper, obedient Rayshod wife.”

Risa gulped, nausea bubbling once more as her panic grew. “What do you mean, here on Rayshod? I can’t be on Rayshod.”

Rayshod was a backward planet. They didn’t even have the ability to space travel and if they did, they wouldn’t be able to get through Earth’s planetary guard, surely.

But why would he lie? What would that possibly gain him? Maybe he thought it would stop her trying to escape. Please let that be it. If she really was on another planet, well, it didn’t even bear thinking about.

However, Rayshod hadn’t always eschewed technology. Years ago, before she was born, Rayshod had been one of the leading planets in the Universe, a planet with so much wealth and so technologically advanced that its people had grown arrogant and taken their natural resources for granted.

The ecology of the planet suffered hugely, and by the time Rayshod’s leaders had decided to do something about the strain the planet was under, it was already in a bad state. Famine, drought and disease wrecked the planet, and many of the weakest, the children and women, died.

To save their planet the leaders of Rayshod had ordered the whole population to turn back to the old ways, including purging the planet of most of its technology and reverting to old practices and beliefs.

Rayshod kept to itself now. There was little interaction with the rest of the Universe. From what she knew from her school studies, the people of Rayshod now use horses instead of hovers for transportation. Instead of having cookquick’s they instead had kitchens and cooked on open fires.

When they’d studied the planet’s customs and practices, she’d been fascinated. She’d even been condescendingly amused at their social customs. Men were considered the head of the household, women the submissive partner. Men earned a living while women stayed at home and looked after the household and produced babies.

She’d even seen an image of a woman over a man’s knee being spanked.

She’d been intrigued by that image. Returning to it again and again.

Rayshod used to have strong ties with Earth. The first people to settle on Rayshod had even come from Earth over a thousand years before. But once The Change had occurred, Rayshod had broken their ties with everywhere.

They hadn’t allowed visitors to the planet in years, not wanting the modern world to intrude on what they had. Probably didn’t want to tempt their own people away, Risa had thought at the time.

And now it was possible that she was on this crazy planet. If she was, she was doomed. No one would ever think to look for her here.

“You don’t space travel,” she whispered looking frantically from the nurse to the toad, trying to figure out what was going on. “Everyone knows that. It’s simply not true. It can’t be.”

“Can’t it? We used to space travel, why can’t we again? We were once leaders in this great Universe, and we can be again. Once we build up our population. Which is where you come in, my dear. You are going to help breed the next generation of breeders and fighters for this planet.”

His eyes grew crazy. He was insane. The Toad grinned maliciously. “Let’s get her completely naked and see what we have here.”

“What? No? You can’t do this!”

“Really? And just who is going to stop us?” he asked. Before she could attempt to kick out and protect herself, the nurse had both her ankles held in one large hand. She raised Risa’s legs and bent them back against her chest.

The Toad produced ropes from the side of the bed which he tied around her legs just above the knee then pulled them tight, opening her fully.

Risa pulled frantically, but the ropes didn’t loosen one iota. She was well and truly stuck. She could kick her feet but it did her no good, they weren’t going to hit anyone.

“Let me go,” she yelled. “You sick bastards, you can’t do this. Help!” she screamed. “Someone help me.”

The woman stripped off her diaper and then something landed on her butt, leaving a streak of fire. Risa quickly shut up, her breath stolen by the pain. She glanced over at the Toad as tears welled in her eyes.

He held a nasty looking length of leather in his hand.

“That shut you up, didn’t it, my dear? And there is plenty more of that for naughty little girls. Now, I suggest you quiet down or I will gag you.”

Risa bit her lip. The last thing she wanted was to be gagged.

“Very good,” he crooned. “I knew you’d see things my way. Now, this is the way things are going to go from now on. You have been brought here to my training facility to be made into a proper Rayshod wife. Here on Rayshod our women are obedient, submissive and they serve one important purpose above everything else and that is that they must procreate and help generate the next generation.

“We have very few women of childbearing age. Because our women are so scarce, often our men must share them. Many relationships have two or three husbands and one wife. And believe me, she is kept very busy. Rayshod women must be prepared to handle multiple husbands, to soothe them after a hard day’s work, to accept them into their beds at any time they wish. They must be quiet, meek, and obedient. And that, my dear, is what you are going to become.”

“Like hell,” Risa spat at him, infuriated. Become some baby breeding sex machine for multiple men? No way.

Rather than becoming furious as she’d expected, he smiled.

“That’s what I thought you would say. Now, this is your nurse, she will see to most of your training and discipline. But for this first session, I always take great pleasure in punishing the new girls.”

With that the strap descended on her poor bottom. Risa shrieked as fiery pain enveloped her body. Repeatedly the strap landed until she was beside herself, sobbing, writhing desperately against her bonds.

“Please stop, please,” she begged, unable to stop herself. Her pride melting away in the face of such overwhelming pain.

The strap continued to land, now covering the back of her thighs, making her scream.

Finally, he stopped, but the pain continued on. It felt as though she’d been burned. Her butt cheeks and thighs throbbing incessantly.

The Toad moved into her vision before a cloth landed over her face, wiping her eyes. Risa blew her nose. The cloth disappeared and he leaned down, grabbing a single breast hard. Risa whimpered.

“Welcome to your new life,” he murmured. “I’ll leave her in your capable hands, Nurse Agnes. The doctor is expecting her tomorrow morning. I have to go check on our other new girls. One of them is a Vartan. She’s putting up quite a fuss.” He didn’t sound overly concerned.

Risa swallowed and licked her lips. The pain in buttocks hadn’t abated one iota. She needed a bucket load of ice. Now.

“May I have some water, please?” she asked the woman, her throat dry from her screaming.

Play it nice, Risa, she told herself. Getting the other woman onside could well be her only avenue of escape. And she really needed to escape. No way could she survive this. No way.

The other woman eyed her for a moment then nodded, seeming to come to some decision.

“Yes, you need some rehydrating. Some nutrition too. Although something soft, we don’t want to upset your stomach.”

Rather than untying her as Risa had hoped, the nurse bustled around. Risa was embarrassed by how exposed she was. Everything was on display, her bottom, her pussy, her breasts. Risa wasn’t ashamed of her body, but she wasn’t into exhibitionism.

The nurse returned with a bottle in her hand. She reached down and pushed the oversized nipple against Risa’s mouth. Risa’s jaw dropped in shock. The nurse took advantage and slipped the nipple into her mouth.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was with this story. Nothing about it made it science fiction. It could easily have taken place in another country and the women could have been kidnapped from a different continent or country and nothing would have changed. It was choppy and disjointed and badly in need of editing. There was very little in the way of romance.

Classic abduction story for the purposes of getting more female mates. I thought that it leant the hero less consistency when he promised to spank our heroine every night until they reach his home for punishment since she tried to escape and then in fact did not fulfil that promise. Maybe it was to foster more feelings from her.

A good start to the series but I don't like forced age-play. The beginning is that until Risa is bought and taken from the training facility. Ben (needs an alien name) doesn't believe her about the abuse until late in the book. I've read the series twice now and enjoy all three books.

Wow, this book is quite a find and left me wanting more. The writing is crisp, feeling are well expressed and the reader feels the distress of the young lady who has been taken.

I agree with a lot of the other ratings, that the facility was very sadistic. I did like their time together and would have had more of that. I did not like the ending however, because it was like she was back at the facility. He should try to understand that she was from earth and did not need all that. The last time they had sex, it was almost as if it was a routine for him, something he had to do, because that was what the dr. said. So did the facility really change her then, more of a brainwashing. To something submissive almost a baby. This is not who she was, not the woman who stood up for the lost girl at the facility. Submitting to him is fine, but being prodded and poked while pregnant is not good either.

I enjoyed the story. I wish it was longer because most of the story had to do with the introduction of Risa's character. There was little time by comparison dealing with the actual relationship. However, it leads to the next story. It was still entertaining.

I felt like too much of the story was taken up with Risa's time at the training facility and not enough with her relationship with Ben, but it was an interesting story and a good beginning to the series regardless.

I didn't like the first part of the story at all... I felt that the people in the facility that is supposed to train girls to become submissive wives is particularly harsh... For me the story takes off once she is sold to Ben Reece... Once this happens, Risa still gets punished, but although harsh, you can see that Ben really cares for Risa and does everything in his power to help her.

I was disappointed with this story, Risa lives on Earth where she is out at night by herself and gets kidnapped, She wakes up on the planet Rayshod, a place that supposedly gave up all technology and lives simply, Men rule;women obey, Bad women get spanked. Good premise, but felt like it was meant to be two different stories, After her kidnapping, Risa is brought to a training facility with harsh rules to get her to obey. There she meets two others who were kidnapped as well, Alia and Kylie. (second story to be told at later date?) Risa determines to behave to be able to save these women. HELLO!! if she behaves and gets out of the facilitym how is she supposed to save them? She is not from this planet and men rule, not women..At any rate, she is taken (rescued) from the facility by Ben. He loves her and is very likable. He does not believe she is from Earth until something happens, then he believes her but is unable to do much and he is a Lord on this world. HELLO, is this to make room for 2nd story? This whole tale was disjointed. In the first part at the training facility, things are harsh and sadistic, then Risa goes to live with Ben and the story is warm and loving. I'm not sorry I bought the story, just did not think it was great,

I don't usually read sci fi, but it sounded intriguing and it was. My favorite parts were after she got out of the facility and the interactions between her and Ben. The first part was a little bit too harsh for my taste. I don't think I've read anything by this author before, but I wouldn't mind reading another book in this series about how the strong men are saving the women held in the facility. It seems to be set up for additional tales with a few characters. We'll see what the author has in store.

It was almost like reading 2 books with Risa being kidnapped and trained in the beginning to Risa meeting and being brought by Ben who takes care of her and how they learn to love each other. Still a good read and interesting story/characters :)

Loved Ben in this book, and really struggled with how Risa was treated before she met him. My anger and tears were there at her mistreatment, and then when Ben didn't believe her past at first. I rooted for Risa so much, and was so glad to see her being loved. I have to admit, I think the transition of her falling in love did happen a bit too fast with little to show how she took the steps to loving Ben, but it was still a really good story, so much so that I had to go right out and buy book number two in the series.

This was a very interesting book with a futuristic setting. At the training facility, the punishments were quite severe, though when Ben took Risa, the story took on a more loving tone. Very enjoyable and I would certainly read more books by this author.

I liked the overall story. But I was not happy with the developing dynamics of the relationship. Risa was so obsessed with a escape and rescuing her friends, it was unrealistic for her to be able to develop a relationship, yet he still seemed to fall in love with her. I kept waiting for an erotic scene and suddenly the story was over.

Overall an OK story but not my favorite of Laylah's. I know the Toad character only looks like a frog but I couldn't help picturing an actual large toad administering the punishment in the first part and that made for a strange read. I did like the character of Risa to begin with but sheesh she became such a weenie once she was married to Ben. The last couple of chapters picked up and got interesting with the doctor scenes but ended abruptly. Would have been nice to see it completed with more depth.

Having read the third book in this series first, I get the sense that Roberts wrote a complete novel and broke it into three sellable pieces. So much is undeveloped. I thoroughly enjoyed the story. It's a good story line but I'd like it all as one so it is well rounded. Regardless, it's well worth the read.

An interesting, if somewhat implausible, SF spanking story. Reminds me a bit of the Gor books, but not too much. Included several aspect that I find quite hot, although the ending was far too much of a Deus ex Machina. I could wish the nursery scene had been longer.

I choose this star rating for this book as I felt the ending was hurried , it felt like the writer had run out of steam , maybe she has ideas for another book. It deals with ageplay which I normally don't read as I find it really hard to picture a grown woman wearing a nappy , sucking a dummy and generally being a babe. But I like the writer and it deals with sci-fi , a kidnapping which is always good. A hero who seems a bit stern but fair , a heroine who all she wants to do is go home who then realises that she is home. LOL looking forward to the next book based on this world.

As a fan of futuristic stories, I was a little disappointed at the lack of supporting detail in creating this world set in 3512. There weren't many details given for how society had changed 1500 years in the future, and there was no explanation for how Risa was transported from Earth to Rayshod. The story is basically told in two distinct parts, that of Risa's experiences at the facility with her nurse and The Toad who were quite severe, and that of Risa's experiences with Lord Reece, who was much more fair-minded in his treatment of her. I enjoyed this tale overall, and it does seem to set-up the possibility of more stories with Risa's two friends and Ben's two brothers--so maybe details I felt were missing will be explained in the telling of their tales.

One of my favorite types of stories is slave/capture. When you combine that with some elements of SciFi I'm normally all giddy and excited. So it was with this one. It starts off great - Risa is abducted and put through a training program. This program is designed to create obedient submissive wives for the men of the planet that she's been brought too - but those who captured her are doing it from a sadistic and profit bent - and no one knows that they have been stealing women from other planets to make slaves out of them. Then when she meets her husband Reece and he sort of seems wimpy. Not at all what I would picture or expect. I was a little let down but he got better as the book progressed and showed he could be fair and just. Plenty of romance mixed with spanking. If that's your thing then you'll love this one!

This is a tough story to rate. While there were parts I personally didn't enjoy as much, the story was well written and had a wide variety of facets. I would have preferred if the story focused more on (or at least continued to delve more into) the relationship between Risa and Ben. It seems like there was so much detail and build up while Risa was in the clinic and then once she marries Ben it was a rush to an abrupt finish. The reader is left wondering if the bad guys will ever be caught, will the kidnapped women be rescued from this oppressive planet, will Ben realize Risa has a brain, what will happen to his brother’s as well as Kylie and Alia. If there was a follow up story I would give this one 4.5 or 5 stars, as a single complete story 3.

I agree with most of the other reviewers in that this story is very disjointed. It has some great characters and scenes and a good story line. It just needs a lot of smoothing to connect all of these together. It also needs detail to help complete scenes and help the reader to understand the direction of the story. All in all I enjoyed the story but some serious fine tuning would make it so much better

A powerful story and somewhat scary to think about being taken from everything you have ever known and forced into a completely different lifestyle. When Risa mets Ben she feels something for him but she must overcome the baggage of how they came together. But as Ben starts to believe her it helps their relationship move ahead.

This was a story that left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, I enjoyed the setting and the sexual activities in it, especially the medical fetish and mix of sci-fi and ageplay, all of which I wish I would see more of here. The technical proficiency of the writing was also fine. On the other hand, like other reviewers, I thought it a bit choppy and ending rather suddenly. As I understand it, this collected a few short stories by the author edited into a single work, so that would explain it and also gives me hope we’ll see the rest of the series compiled here soon. I also feel that I have to point out some similarities with another work here, the Pets series. Not only broad similarities (human women abducted by aliens to undergo forced pettification/age-reduction) but the beginning of both stories is also very similar (a woman jogging in an urban setting is abducted when an alien stings her unconscious; she wakes up drowsy from overdrugging in an alien nursery and is tended to by a stern alien nurse). Now, the rest of the story diverges from there, and there are other basic differences (specifically human technological development and the ability to understand the aliens) but the beginnings were similar enough to give me pause. Still, I think this is different enough to warrant reading both, especially if you like the genre and especially if a sequel to this is posted to continue the story beyond the abrupt ending here.

I was so looking forward reading this story. A new age play book and author, it was really something to look forward to. However, I was disappointed in the choppiness of the story. Oh, everything was answered and accounted for, but that was just it, everything was accounted for woth little or no emotion or commitment to the characters. It was a good try, but not one of my favorites.

This book started out strong but it started to drag a bit until finally, she was sold. After she was sold I felt there was a great opportunity to really explore the dynamics of her new relationship as well as how she settled into her new life; but it never really happened. Then there were the friends she wanted to save but one minute they were going to save them and the next page they were saved with no information about how it came about and then there was no interaction with those characters who were important to her. I think that the story was very interesting and has a lot of promise. Hopefully there will be more installments of it but I think there could have been more detail in this story. It felt as if it was chopped off prematurely. This is the second book recently that felt that way to me. It's as if the author was faced with a deadline and hurried to get the story done but in the process left me scratching my head wondering why it just ended that way. I would like to see the book end as strongly as it started. So 4 stars based on the fact that the story has great promise, just fell a little short there at the end.

This story could have been longer. Risa isn't purchased until the middle of the book and then it becomes very fragmented. You get bits and pieces of the story before you flash forward weeks or months at a time not knowing what happened in between. I did like the medical play towards the end. Also, Risa seems to have a lot of fight in her but after she is purchased, a lot of the fight leaves and I don't like seeing her so docile. It's almost like she loses a piece of herself. There also was no conclusion as far as whether the council eventually believes in the kidnappings and what happens with the bad guys. I felt a lot is left open.
