Lucy Cox is a career woman with a difference. Rather than climbing the career ladder, she's made quite a lucrative living out of sabotaging the companies she works for and being fired repeatedly. Lucy is on the cusp of receiving her severance package from Feldspar Technologies, when handsome CEO Jason Feldspar throws a wrench in the works by not only refusing to terminate her employment, but threatening her with a good sound spanking if she fails to remedy her wicked ways.

Has Lucy met her match? Or has Jason Feldspar just made the biggest mistake of his life by crossing her?

This had so much potential on so many levels, and to see it all blow away was sad. This has to be the shortest story i have read on this site. The first chapter really sucks you in. You like both lead characters and want them both to win, but not like this. I was so intrigued by the premise, I thought this would be a wonderful ride, and it was at first; then everything happened in a matter of 3 pages. The ending was unbelievable, which ruined the HEA.

This was a very nice story but too short. I thought Lucy was a very funny character. She was very bratty and so blinded by all her scamming successes not to recognize that she was way over her head with Jason and she loved to defy him. Jason was just what she needed to turn her life around for the better. I just wish we could have seen more of his loving side then his stern side in the story.

The premise of this story sounded good but it was disappointing in howquickly she gave in and he was an absolute pig. I wasespecially disgusted by the ending. He was far too harsh and domineering. Really cruel.

To Tame a Thief, illustrates the fact that eventually you will meet a person that understands you better than you do yourself. If you happen to be a very good thief with years of experience, it may take awhile to figure out you are way over your head. Ms. Renard continues to play with the readers emotions with her descriptive scenes between her characters. A real exciting read.

Lucy finally met her match in Jason after years of being on the wrong side of the law. Jason isn't about to let her sabotage his company without teaching her a few lessons along the way. Very funny to watch her struggle since she is in no way a fan of corporal punishment.

The psychological chess game between Lucy and Jason is fun to watch unfold. Lucy is not a willing participant in Jason's world of corporal punishment for misbehavior, and only when she is in completely over her head does that lifestyle come to her rescue. I would have enjoyed more of her emotional struggle to her own response at being spanked, and more recognition of how it truly felt to have met her match.

This is a great book but as is common with books by Loki Renard the characters do not seem to have very much development. The plot is great but I wish it was longer so the characters could be more developed.

A very fun little story with a heroine who is on the wrong side of the law. Her boss does punish her for her illegal activities, but she doesn't learn her lesson. The rest of the story tells the lengths he will go to so that she does, indeed, learn her lesson.

Loki Renard is typically one of my favorite author and I always buy his books as soon as they come out. This time however I was disappointed. The characters seemed shallow and the ending was rushed and left me feeling like there should be another chapter.

Lucy has been scamming employers for years and getting away with it until she tries it with Jason. He is smarter and stronger and teaches her lessons about corportate policies his way. Fun story as Lucy has met her match.
